QI GONG w/ Debbie Kelley. Qi Gong weekly classes to resume on Thursday, October 2nd. Four week class meets 5:30-6:30pm. Sign up for the series ($60 for all four classes) or if you can't make the entire series, join in for $20 per class. Qi Gong practice involves gentle movements that circulate energy through your body to improve balance, reduce stress, and increase whole body awareness. Students will be exposed to various movements and "flows" as they participate over time. This class is for beginners and beyond. Dress comfortably for full body movements.

Dry salt inhalation (aka Halotherapy) is a gentle, safe and effective respiratory treatment and stress reducer for all ages. Our salt cave comfortably accomodates a private group of up to 6 guests, but is cozy enough for a single visitor to enjoy some relaxing alone time. Make your next family outing or date night a visit to the ZENspire Salt Cave. Sessions start at $25/person. Children 12 and under are ALWAYS FREE with a paid adult visit.

All of our practitioners are independent contractors, yet we act as a collective by offering complimentary services and referring in-house. Our clientele enjoy the ease of visiting multiple professionals at one location and booking multiple services on one site.
